Subject: Hurting

My left arm (the side that is the worst) is really hurting tonight. I have a pain from my upper arm down through my elbow and into my wrist and fingers (mainly the thumb). It keeps tingling and randomly jerking. I can't stand to move it b/c of the pain and spasms that occur when I do. It also seems colder than my other arm.

I don't have any idea what is causing it; the only thing that occurs to my is something to do with a nerve ( the radial nerve runs over the upper arm and down the radius-the bone on the side of the thumb-). Please pray for me! It has been going on for over an hour now and I don't know how I'll sleep if it continues.

If anyone knows what is causing this or how to make it go away, please tell me. I welcome any similar experiences.
