Subject: Having a bad day

Last night I was having A LOT of pain in my legs, burning, sharp pains, aching, and cramping. I also was itching all over but no rash. Finally at 1am I took a lukewarm shower and the itching eased up.

But this morning I woke up with a migraine headache in the back of my head and my legs were still hurting. I had to call in to work because I could hardly walk and was dizzy.

I spend all day(til 2pm) in bed which is very unusual for me
I did find that when I put BenGay on my neck it eased the pain enough so I could go to sleep. After 800 mg of Ibuprophen it finally has eased up but I am still a little shaky and unbalanced.

Just thought I would pass on the info on the BenGay and the lukewarm shower for the itching. They both seemed to work.
