Hi Donna!

I am Donna B from Boston.
I like to remind my clients in a newsletter that they must call me by a certain date, say one month before a major hoilday so I can make my plans. I refuse any laggers if they wait for the last minute. There will alsways be latercomers and my clients once denied get the message real clear.
If you do not send a newsletter yet, you can also send a couple of liners memo keeeping everyone abreast.
