Hi Donna,
I usually just leave them a note along with my regular "visit" note requesting that they let me know if they will be needing a visit on a holiday. Otherwise, holidays are handled like every other day. It's first come, first served. Once I'm booked that's it. Unfortunately, a holiday day is no longer than any other day.
