i think your right. but i pet sit for a women that had horses that had no shelters. the arabian horses that she wanted to sell were in pens of about 25 by 25 feet and had nothing but mud in them which she fed them on and its pouring rain. the horses that she was keeping had fenced in with 2 to 3 per acre and had a few trees. i did want to turn her in but didnt i figured she would have known who it would have been. i am thankful she has not called me back for more visits.
