Subject: Clients who are here today, Gone Tomorrow

With summer being one of our busy seasons, do alot of you have clients who call and it is very obvious that they only need your service once (due to the fact that they already have a neighbor, family member, etc. who usually petsits for their pets)....by the time I do my free get-acquainted visit, I do not know if a one-time client is worth the time. I have done a few of such clients and do not get referrals from them, either. Suggestions, or input?
