Subject: Justifying Our Prices

Even though I have been in business over 2 years, I still have a hard time knowing how to explain my prices to clients. Some clients are so surprised that I charge 12.95 per visit for 1 pet and not per day, like a kennel charges. Don't these clients realize that this is a personalized service and that I have a 1,000,000 commercial liability ins. policy, a 10,000 bond, a business license, etc. etc. How do you approach clients about your prices. After all of this time, I still cannot figure out the best way......Help!!!!!!!!!!!!
