We have many single owner operator businesses using our software and many large services using it also.

Peachtree, Quicken, Quickbooks are excellent accounting programs, but that’s all they are. At a cost of $204.95 and $35.00 per call to tech support it doesn't seem like much of a deal.

Our software handles all of your needs from client information, scheduling, invoices, to profit and loss statements and much, much, more. Download a demo, it free!

If you think $324.99 is a lot of cash for a industry specific program then you might want to look into other industry specific programs such as veterinary software which starts at $5,000.00 - $10,000.00.

Of course you can take the different software packages approach. Quickbooks Pro for invoices ($204.95), Microsoft Office 2000 Professional for letters, Excel (if you want to use a spreadsheet for some reason), Access (for a database of clients), Outlook (for calendars)($499.95), total $704.90. This still would not have all the features of our software; not to mention you have to learn 5 different software packages. Not too bad, if you want to duplicate your work 2 or 3 times and have nothing integrated.

Many of our current users have taken this approach and after using our software only wish they had purchased our software sooner. Time is money and the less time you spend doing invoices, calendars, etc. The more time you have to market your business or sit back and relax.
