IMO...

I think most sole proprietors who are "online" already have the pre loaded software on their computers such as quicken,lotus, etc.

I personally do not want to enter such details as where my clients are referred from, zip code or otherwise. I already know that and it does not serve much if any purpose other than a lot of stats I must enter and a cute graph. We all have our individual targeted zip codes so we know where our clients are and come from.
I rather spend my time marketing my business. I also use the pre programmed software to make pet birthday cards, letterhead, etc. Avery has tons of options already on there. It is my experienced that so many of these features are duplicated.

I think while it is cute to have the software for pet sitters only it is an expense that some of us can do without.
