Subject: Help-I'm caring for 'Lucifer'!

Hi all,
I don't know if any one has had this experience and can help me out, or if I just need to tell someone about it.
I'm caring for this cat(if you can call it that) who belongs to very nice people. He had gotten in a cat fight a couple weeks ago, she thought the wound had healed, but it had abcessed. So, they needed someone to come and give a pill-form antibiotic and put triple antibiotic on the wound. OK, no problem(I am a vet's assistant after all!) Well, kitty had a change of plans. The first visit, I couldn't get near him. The 2nd visit, I learned he's not declawed as he shredded my hand. In attack mode, mind you. As of this writting and my last visit this PM, I still have not gotten my hands on the little Prince. So, he's had no meds, no ointment and he and his housemate have stopped using the litter box. I feel I've done the best I can, I've gone for every visit to try to catch the monster, fully prepared to take him to the vet...however, I CAN'T catch him. A friend of theirs is taking over tomorrow. I've left her a note explaining and hoopefully she'll call and we can catch him together. Through some lack of communication, the client did not fill out the reguired info and I have no em. #'s, no instructions other than what I was told at the interview, I don't even know the friend's name. They are REALLY nice pepole and must have been to frazzled getting ready for their trip. I'm concerned that 'Lucifer' is so evil because he feels crappy and should be seen at the vet...Sorry so long. i tried to make it short. Any thoughts?
TIA-Laurie
