I have alot of VERY generous clients. And I love 'em!!

As for phone calls.....I have voice mail with the phone company ($10 a month) I call in with my cell phone from the road NO LESS than every 2 hours to get messages. (I also have the cell phone number on the voice mail message "in case of urgency") Then I return the messages from other client's houses etc... Another thing I do is if they HAVE found someone else, and they are a job I would accept, I offer to still mail them my "marketing package" in case they "have a need in the future".

Good luck!
