I received an email from Greg and the issue is that we
had two SP#'s with the same prefix but a different suffix.
So either I entered the suffix wrong, his son entered the
suffix wrong, or the FWCC entered it wrong.

I think I'm going to start photocopying my applications
from now on. It's the only way to prove if the FWCC
screws up.
