I get what you're saying about Dragon Tattoo, Gina, but my point is, any of the other Fincher movies could've given strange men ideas. Yet no one decided to go on a murder rampage using 7 deadly sins as the inspiration, see what i mean? There are lots of scary creepy people out there, sad but true, and they will do evil awful things with or without a movie like that to "help them" If someone is mentally ill, they dont need a movie to do crazy crap. I, for one, have heard of very few crimes that draws on a particular movie as inspiration. In fact, the sad reality is, some of the crimes we read about are far more heinous and awful than any movie. In fact, some crime/thriller movies are based on real life events, not other way around

Besides, neither Seven nor Fight Club was for the faint-hearted by any stretch of imagination either, yet you dont seem to have a problem with those movies....
