Well, I was going to check out the reviews and now the page doesn't work.

From what I did read of them the other day, it is interesting how these people who give reviews for a living, or as their choosen profession, are the opposite of public opinion. How is that so? Seems they would have to gain a certain trust with the public, that their review is worth reading. Doesn't make sense how they could keep their job if they gave rave reviews to a film that didn't work for the public or visa versa. If they called a movie as a bomb and it does very well.

I hope Brad doesn't feel bad. I can imagine he does feel for Mariane. Her message was lost with the hype of Hollywood and the focus of the movie on the actress portraying Mariane. I don't think that is what Brad wanted for her story, but, I believe things happen for a reason. Right down to the accident of the boy on the motorbike, the accusations at the school, the tape of Mickey grabbing a young photographer by the neck and strangling him on camera. I mean Dear God, if that isn't going to overshadow a message of "love" I don't know what will.

Bottom line for me was, Mariane did shine through in this story. She is the one with the strength. She is the one who stood out stunningly on the Red Carpet. Her and their beautiful little boy. It saddened me that people couldn't get focused on them, because in that childs eyes is where Daniel shines brightest. I was most impressed by his strength to be in that light at such a young age.

For me, in the end, it was too bad the actress playing her couldn't step aside and let the light shine on Mariane. She said, nobody cared if this movie made money. Does that mean she worked for free? If she didn't care about the money, she must of done it for free. They didn't care about making money, that is fine, but i do believe they wanted people to see it, so when she made that remark, it baffled me a great deal. It was like she was saying, we don't care if people see it, it matters that we took the time to make it. Hum, brownie points like that don't go over so well.

I hope if Brad does feel bad about it, he isn't too hard on himself. We all know his heart was in the right place and I am certain Mariane knows that all to well or she would of never let him have it in the first place.
