Ha Mystie, he could never belittle my faith in God. I just don't admire anyone who does. He lumps all religions together and labels anyone who has faith in God to trying to tell others what to do, how to live. He is wrong. As a Christain I pray that most people find some sort of morality in this life. I believe it is important for personal growth, especially where children are concerned. A base to what is good and what will bring them peace in every failure and success they encounter in life. As an adult, you have to decide for yourself, but by that time if you were raised with Gods love, you know the difference between right and wrong. And there is a difference, a code to live by in life. If not for that, imagine the mess this world would be in. There is enough greed in power in the moment that it explains so much of the heartache of this world.
Brad is a typical non believer, always so easy to believe it is those who hold faith near and dear to the heart dictating how he should live. They don't want the guilt of it on their shoulders. I know plenty more like him and what they fail to realize is the same people they blame are the ones who pray the most for them.Brad has been blessed with so much, everything he has ever wanted. For me, I always give thanks at the end of a day and ask that God stand beside me tomorrow, if it is his will that I awake tomorrow.
For Brad, he should be proud, he created his own empire, without the help of his strong Christian roots or that of the love of God. And if he really believes that to be true, he is a bigger fool than I ever first thought. But that's ok, big time Hollywood moviestar doesn't thank anyone for anything he has. It's his choice, we are always given free will in life. That is the biggest gift we can receive. I give thanks for free will too. Without it how would we ever learn. But at some point along the way in this journey through life, I asked God for guidance and he embraced me with a love in his heart that lifts me up at times. I feel sad for Brad and his children that he has never experienced it, and his children won't either, as if he doesn't believe, they won't either. Far as I am concerned, it's his loss. He can denounce God all he wants, it isn't my cross to bare, it's his.
And have fun on your trip Mystie. I am surprised, I thought you were saving for your honeymoon. It's great that you travel. It isn't anything that thrills me all that much. Have fun! Be safe!!
