Thanks, buddy, you're always so sweet and thoughtful with these things. I dont think it's going to be as bad in NYC as DC but we aren't taking any chances. They shut down the mass transit system, so we just stocked up on the essentials and waiting... But last time with Hurricane Irene, they claimed it was going to be an even stronger storm and we barely felt it here in the City, just some heavy rain. It's really the suburbs one needs to worry about and of course low-lying areas and coastal areas. It's good that they took precautions and evacuated everyone from over there....We shall see, i will def keep you posted, hopefully we won't lose power but if anything, i am keeping my cell phone fully charged so will be able to update that way :)
