Fernando Flores, who once worked as a bodyguard for Britney Spears, is filing a lawsuit against the pop star.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Flores alleges that Spears sexually harassed him during his tenure with her. He also accuses of her abusing her children.

The ex-bodyguard says Britney made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" toward him.

In the lawsuit, an alleged incident between the two is described. "[Britney] was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]."

Flores also asserts that Spears beat her children in front of him, using his belt to "savagely hit the small child [Preston]" on one occasion.

Furthermore, the suit contends that Britney once fed her children crabmeat, despite their allergies, causing Sean Preston and Jayden James to vomit, but she allegedly refused to seek medical care.

Flores even contacted the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services with these charges, but they found the allegations had no merit.

Didn't she lose her children?I think it is terrible child protective didn't at least check this out if it was recent. At least he called. These people who witness such things have an obligation to reporty such behavior, if they don't they are as bad as the one doing the abusing. Sad shame these people with money have so much pull to make sure it is bypassed. It won't be in the end, I can assure them that. Their almighty dollar won't be worth a thing. They have become so used to the perks it brings them they are going to have a long hard fall. We should all feel sorry for them. But most of all their children, the innocent victims of their Huge Hollywood ego's. Sad!
