 I thought I told you he proposed on Christmas Eve. It was sweet, he did a book of their time together, all the events they attended together and on the last page it had a picture of the ring and said, "Will you marry me?' At that point he got down on one knee and showed her the ring and asked her again. She was in shock. I don't believe I have ever seen her speechless.Course everyone was here, his family and my parents, and my nephew and we had a houseful of eyes on her.Ryan actually had to prompt her to say yes. It was hilarious but we got it all on dvd.The only glitch was when it came time for him to purpose the camera quit working. Go figure right. You know I am a little superstitious so that kinda freaked me out. But she was so excited and had no idea it was coming. I think she thought it was a joke until she saw the ring. It is really beautiful.I will e mail you Rachel's cell number and she can send you a picture of it that way.

He came to the house 3 weeks prior and asked my hubby's permission. His mom was with him which made me laugh. I think maybe she was there for moral support but I had to tease hubby. He said yes without giving him a hard time at all.I laughed and told him, what happened to the knife in the table and all that? It was a nice memory and I was glad I was able to witness all of it.I never thought my hubby would ever be ok with the guy she fell for, but, with Ryan it is ok because he is just exactly like my hubby. They are more alike then my son and my hubby so it is really cute that she went or a guy who is just like her dad.

It is going to be a big wedding. She is having seven bridesmaids. We have been dress shopping a little but my mom, (who is probably more involved than me) wants her to wait to get it until after the royal wedding. I do think her dress might make an impact on what is the "in" thing. The only problem with wedding gowns is they discontinue them so quickly. When she finds the "one" she says she will know. So if you have the one you love, don't wait too long Mystie because they do away with them quickly.
