Brad Pitt has denied lambasting Tom Cruise’s recent war flick Valkyrie. Pitt — who stars in Quentin Tarantino’s new Nazi film Inglourious Basterds — apparently told a German magazine that Cruise’s movie, about a real plot to kill Hitler, “was a ridiculous movie.” But it seems it was a simple case of lost in translation. “Brad has never seen VALKYRIE so this is NOT accurate,” Pitt’s capital letter-loving manager told Us Weekly magazine.
