Aww well Mystie, it is always a drag when News Years Eve falls short of entertaining you as you had hoped. It is good that you compromise from year to year.

I was sick on News Year Eve. I got a bad cold at work that day and came home and went to bed. My hubby woke me up at about ten minutes to twelve and I got up for a few minutes to wish everyone a Happy New Year and went back to bed.

The kids had a really good time from what I could tell. they didn't seem to be feeling any pain, that was for sure. maybe I should of been drinking too. Although, cuddling in a warm bed with my doggies worked fine for me. *wink*
