haha, buddy, you beat me to it, i had just copied the link to this article from the NY Daily News website and was about to post it when i saw that you already did. Good job, sleuth Gina! :)))

I first saw it in my Sunday paper...I haven't heard of this building before but just looked it up and it's on 79th st and Broadway, a mere 20 blocks away from where i live :) So yeah, a part of me is excited but then i also read about this secret courtyard and lots of exits and i get a sense that they'll be pretty elusive even if they move here... But 20 blocks is 20 blocks so ya never know :)
Let's hope this is more than just gossip

And yes, if i was ever in an elevator with Brad, i would most certainly make the best of it! hehe (I'd probably have to find my voice though, i get a feeling i'd want to talk to him but nothing would come out LOL)
