I dont know, buddy, the world has its problems and a lot of them stem from religion so i'd almost like to try it the other way and see what happens. But a world without SPIRITUALITY would be Hell on earth, that's for a darn certain! And the difference between religion and spirituality is outlined pretty extensively in my previous post.

And again, why should i give thanks on Sun and not on any other day, says who? Why shouldn't i give thanks on any day i am feeling thankful for my blessings. And i dont need a place of worship to do so, i can do that right in my own bedroom or wherever i happen to be at the moment. All i have to do is lift my head up to the sky and close my eyes for a few mins.....

Anyway, we better wrap up on this topic, i dont think we'll get anywhere...the funny thing is it's amazing how close we are in our thinking, you too gain strength from walks in nature, and other spiritual things like that, it's just all that other stuff that you add onto it, the purpose in life bringing the enlightenment to people, etc. Why is that your purpose? Let the enlightenment come to those who seek it on their own...this is why Buddhism is a great religion because no one there thinks that their goal in life is to spread that religion onto others, it is a peaceful way to live. Whenever people start preaching to others or even simply trying to make them see their faith through their eyes, that's when things take a negative turn. Because once that gets going, where is the limit...

ok, done, no more talk of this :)
