A German newspaper has released a list with the most beautiful film moments of 2007:

Jesse James is listed too and this is what they have to say:

Up to now Brad Pitt was known as someone who stands or walks, someone who at least moves with energy. He is always surrounded by a kind of nervous power, rarely he exudes calmness. So the really great thing about this western is the way Brad is sitting in this movie. He is extending his back, hardly moves the upper part of his body, and displays the same kind of dignity like the people in the pictures of the great civil-war photographer Matthew Brady. In a rocking-chair and in a lawn-chair he becomes the terrific figure driven by the burden of history and fatigue. Finally a gangster. But when he is sitting: a proud man. A King.

Now that is an interesting comment and a big compliment (especially the comparison to the real people in those times). I hear nothing but praise about Brad's performance in the film. I would like to watch it finally. Although I have to say I can't agree with the statement that he is surrounded by nervousness. For me Brad appears very relaxed and cool. Like nothing in the world could scare him.
