While Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are all smiles in front of the cameras, a new report suggests life’s tougher behind the scenes. According to Life & Style magazine, the couple’s joy over the upcoming additions to their family is tempered by Angelina difficult pregnancy.

“Angelina’s having a very hard time, and it’s making her miserable,” a friend revealed to L&S. “The babies are heavy, and she’s exhausted from the weight. The pressure can make it hard for her to breathe at times, and she tires out very easily.”

With Angelina’s jet-set lifestyle and hectic work schedule, the affects of low-energy catch up with quickly. “It’s taking a toll on her — she feels exhausted when it’s time to get up,” the close source said. “She and Brad tried a special foam-rubber mattress cover, but nothing helped.”

Allegedly, exhaustion isn’t the only problem Angie’s facing. “Angelina’s been feeling weak and nauseated,” the pal added. “She’s upset and disappointed that her nausea returned after going away in the second trimester. And she needs to be very careful about nutrition since she’s been diagnosed with high blood sugar. It’s a very frustrating time for her.”

Too bad really. My sister had high blood sugar with her pregnany and Angie should be very careful because her baby was born 6 weeks early because of it. Her lungs weren't fully developed and her daughter had to be on oxygen for the first 8 weeks of her life. I can't imagine that these doctors are ok with her flying all over the world. Rumor has it they left for France where they would have the latest addition to their family. Hopefully if she is having difficulty, she will slow down and try to put her unborn child first.

As far as the sickness thing goes. My doctor who was an old timer when I was pregnant and has since passed. He told me to let a can of coke go flat and sip it with a spoon. It worked like a charm, it was the only thing that calmed my stomach so I could stop puking throughout my pregnancy. Maybe she should try that. It really does work. People look at me crazy when i suggest it but honestly, it is a helpful hint.

Word has it they are in France and will be there now until the baby is born.
