Hey Blah, I like your style. This matter of making illicit drugs a medical issue and decriminalising it sounds very promising. After all, we don't prosecute drunks unless they are causing public harm. Alcohol is just as much of a drug as any other. Prohibition never worked in the 20's! When will governments learn that prohibiting things only makes them more attractive?

Legalise everything now and make it CHEAP and less attractive to the criminal element. Government should then use the profits to TREAT the addicts and then the problem pays for itself. Yeah, that sounds reasonable.
