It is legal because it is sanctioned by an approved Amateur Athletic Organization. The AAU the largest Amateur Athletic Union in the nation. Hope to see everyone there. Got killed by a NEW 10 sec rule though. Timothy set up three Triangles in one match, and was broken up all three times, because he was on his back for more then 10 seconds, (guard 6 secs, submission attempt 4 secs) Didn’t really help the submission technician, Rule helped the Striker or the wrestler, but we had fun anyway.
