Guys, I have done many tourneys in NC, proably the first guy to ever do a grappling tournament in NC and I have learned one VERY IMPORTANT thing. If Team-Roc doesn't support your tourney, then your not going to have many people at your tournament. I suggest that the two federations seek out the Pretty Man himself and get his blessing. Since I have moved to Georgia, I have given my blessing to Jason aka Twister, Aka Milkman to take over a Godfather of Tournaments. I also suggest you get his support as well. Also Bad Brad is doing an awesome job of promoting tournaments. I would get his input as well.
