Pretty standard stuff like having to hold a position for at least three seconds before being awarded points, no slamming, etc. We'll post the rules here soon so that everyone can see them. In the intermediate we'll probably won't allow any twisting leg locks (heel hooks, toe holds), but allow knee bars. And in the beginner we'll probably only allow straight foot locks. Then the absolute divisions will be last. Yep, you can weigh in Friday night. We encourage folks to take advantage of this, it should help cut down on the lines Saturday morning.
