1. I don't think that this webquest gave me any greater insight into the story. All it did was make you think about what had happened to Siddhartha and how it reflected your own life. I feel that this could have been accomplished many other ways, not just the webuest. It was a nice change from normal english assignments.
2. I did not have to read teh story more closely to be able to write the essay, however I did go back to certain parts for quotesand exact feelings.
3. The nice thing about this exercise was the uniqueness. It is a different way of making an assignment. It also leaves the whole assignment open to your own methods of researching.
4. The negative part about this assignment was that even with all the uniqueness its still just an essay. All it really is, is a new way to assign an essay.
5. The whole webquest itself is very easy to fllow, which is nice so theres no question on what you need to do or on how your going to find the information needed.

It's always nice to see the teacher put some of their own originality into their assignments, instead of just telling you to make your writing intereting. It shows that the teacher is doing some work as well.
