Subject: Possible fraud and how to recover money

If it can be shown that the directors of Automaodena have acted fraudulently then you can issue proceedings against the Directors to recover funds from their personal and private assets. I was led to believe by the Trading Standards Office that they properties occupied by the Directors are substantial and mortgage free.

I would suggest doing a credit search on the Directors at their home addresses. This would provide you with further and better information about their personal financial status. You can then move forward.
