Subject: Subaru Dealer

I ordered a Subaru back in October, paid them there fee and paid my deposit directly to the dealer in Belguim. I have since discovered that Automodena never placed an order for my car, although they stated on several occasions that the order had been placed.

I have spoken to the dealer in Belguim who confirms that he received my deposit and that he had been trying to contact Automodena to discover exactly what car I wanted!! He has agreed to return my deposit.

Basically Automodena took my money (there £587 fee) and then preceeded to do nothing. I have details of the Subaru Dealer if anyone else needs them.
The paperwork Automodena sent me had a header of PriceSmash.com, clearly the same company. They told me that PriceSmash.com was the name of the company that dealt with orders that paid the dealers directly.
