(Boy and man were a lot alike in that aspect, as they both appreciated cuddling with Skye as a great way to find comfort at bedtime.) I could definitely retire early tonight.. (He said in a deep voice brought on by Aidens yawn, which had caused him to yawn as he was stretching out his back. Holding a squirming toddler was hard on his arms even though he was still just as muscular as he had been in the agency years before.. the difference was that now he lacked the toning to make his muscles work without exerting as much energy. As he got to his feet, he laid a hand on Skye's lower back as he stopped behind her, looking down at sleepy Aiden with a soft smile.. as usual he was touched by the sight of his boy so comfortably cradled in his woman's arms. He felt her eyes and looked up, pressing a soft and warm kiss to her lips before whispering to her.) I'm going to get a glass of water, I'll be up to tuck him in with you in a moment. (He said before disappearing into the kitchen.)

She let out a soft breath and nodded, watching him for a moment before she headed up the stairs to the babies room which was across the hall and a little bit farther down then theirs. Quickly, she held Aiden in one arm and quietly went about turning on his mobile, the night light, the baby monitor that sort of thing before she changed his diaper once more, a small smile on her face as he stirred a little but then fell back asleep immediatly. Quietly, she put him into the crib and tucked him in lightly, her voice soft as she hummed along with the song the mobile was playing.
