E bine ca aceasta lege garanteaza, si nu protejeaza sau are grija sau isi da cuvintul ca o sa fie atent, ma rog, ineptii din astea post-revolutionare.

Ce nu imi place mie e faptul ca statul nu a scapat prilejul de a stabili un monopol pentru ca informatiile publice (deci cele care intereseaza mase mari de oameni) sa fie puse sub controlul sau.

Auzisem ceva de legea secretului de stat si de forma destul de draconica pe care o avea dar despre aceasta lege nu am auzit.

Aceasta lege cred ca este folositoare doar in cazul in care nu exista un vid de legislatie in domeniu, altfel riscam sa avem mai multe reglementari care sa se suprapuna.

Actul in sine aduce destul de putin.Aplicabilitatea lui, adica normale metodolice + vointa politica de a rezolva in mod eficient subiectul informatiilor publice,da .
