Appearance: Peircing green eyes, accompanied by a smile almost constant on Lobelia's face, she is generally a cheerful hobbit. Her face, which is framed by flowing black hair, (curly of course *g*) is small and heart shaped. The bright twinkle in her eye reveals when she is up to something, and beware, 'cause she's often up to something. Her build is rather medium, not flabby, yet not a stick, and fits well with the rest of her.
Past: ~ She was raised in a far away, but happy life, well, for a while anyway. Her parents were killed, and she herself, forced to flee, yet she starts to start a new life in the shire.
