It seems that there are two possibilities:
1) Hanging around him recalls the feelings that were aroused by the porn movies you watched together (hence the "sensation")
2)You're turning gay
Since this is your best friend and you're only 18, I think it's option 1, in which cause you should stop watching porno (you shouldn't have been watching it in the first place, pal...) and eventually, those weird sensations will become greatly reduced and might even go away. However, if you are really turning gay, you should know that those feelings aren't natural and that they can be removed through therapy and divine intervention. Also, if you come out to your friend, Luis, don't be surprised if it freaks him out and he does not want to hang around you anymore. After all, just because you're thinking of being with him does not mean he is thinking of being with you, buster, so if you value his friendship, keep the identity of your crush to yourself
