Lemme try this myself, and being a Cubs fan, it could be a long list. And I will use Don Baylor even tho he has been fired.

-When Chip Caray refers to "The Best Damn Sports Show Period" as "The Best Sports Show Period"

-Antonio Alfonseca squanders a 9th inning lead (Which he nearly did on consecutive days this week)

-Don Baylor wastes an out with an uneeded sacrifice bunt

-Corey Patterson strikes out more than 2 times a game

-Anytime Joe Carter says "You're absolutely right Chip"

-Mark Bellhorn throws to the wrong base

-Moises Alou injures himself

-Bruce Kimm makes a mistake on a double switch.
(This happened Monday nite, resulting in Sammy Sosa being taken out of the game)

-The team has the bases loaded, nobody out and fails to score

-When they lose a 1 run game (I believe it's near 20 now)

-When the game is on FOX Sports Chicago and Chip refers to Mickey Morandini as "The Dandy Lil Glove Man"

-When Kerry Wood loses his control and the pitch nearly hits the batter
