I agree the Rangers did improve their team....another team that should be stronger, but probably wont match last years record is the M's....adding Cirillo, Baldwin, & Davis...will help in the areas they were weak in....their one big loss was Sele, but if Ryan Anderson proves to be the Phenom most say then they will not skip a beat.
