Veggie Spread

Metric Ingredient Imperial

250 ml sour cream 1 cup
125 g cream cheese, softened 4 oz
125 ml finely chopped broccoli 1/2 cup
50 ml finely chopped red bell pepper 1/4 cup
30 ml finely chopped green onion 2 Tbsp
1 clove garlic, minced 1
- dash bottled hot pepper sauce -

Directions
In a small bowl; beat sour cream and cream cheese with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetables. Serves 8.
