Yes I do know what you mean. Your right in saying clubs must be ready both on and off the pitch and as I'm sure your aware most clubs don't have an abundance of help with matchday activities etc. I think it's a bit harsh to suggest a team's not ready off the pitch if they fail to produce a programme on a couple of occasions during a season.
