I don't think anyone who knows how clubs are run would complain if there were a couple of matches without a full programme. The point is, it would have taken 15 minutes at most to knock out something simple and then have it photocopied at a local garage or library just before the match. Something is always better than nothing. "Nothing" suggests either the club don't care about supporters (I heard a couple of St Helens supporters complaining too) or that behind the scenes the club is either slapdash or just can't be bothered. Image is important. Simple things like that can decide whether people leave your club with a positive or negative view.
