Hi Patti!! Thanks for responding! Glad to see somebody is around! Good going this week, sometimes it's hard to stay on track when an injury keeps you from exercising. Hopefully you'll find out it's nothing and can get back to your workouts. What might help is to rotate the types of exercises you do. I notice that when I do the same type of exercise for a while (especially at a high intensity) I start to develop pains in specific regions. Switching to walking or a treadmill once in a while or swimming if possible might help keep that foot pain free. Hope you have a great healthy weekend and good luck on Monday's weigh-in!!!

I check in with the forum about twice a week usally around 9:00 in the evening, just before bedtime. At that time I check into the chat room as well to see if anyone else is around.
