I'm still here! Still trying to lose, this week, i've been pretty good, hope it shows on Monday's weigh in. Other than that, I haven't been working out for the past week, my foot has a pain, it feels like i'm walking on a rock or something. So i'm going to the doctor on tuesday. Hopefully, it's nothing, and this week of rest has let it heal. I was hitting the bike pretty hard for a while, so it may just be from the increased activity. Good luck all!

Hi Patti!! Thanks for responding! Glad to see somebody is around! Good going this week, sometimes it's hard to stay on track when an injury keeps you from exercising. Hopefully you'll find out it's nothing and can get back to your workouts. What might help is to rotate the types of exercises you do. I notice that when I do the same type of exercise for a while (especially at a high intensity) I start to develop pains in specific regions. Switching to walking or a treadmill once in a while or swimming if possible might help keep that foot pain free. Hope you have a great healthy weekend and good luck on Monday's weigh-in!!!
