Glad to meet you! My husband likes to eat out a lot so I also have to work at making the right choices. I highly recommend eating at places with nice salad bars. You can keep yourself busy eating healthy food and also be satisfied at the end of the meal. Of course you still need to watch those high calories toppings, but it's not hard to do. Chinese food can also be good for you if you choose steamed options and those with less sauce. Frankly any restaurant can allow you to eat well, the important thing is to control how much you eat. You can have a steak or pasta dinner but only eat half and have salad or veggies (and lots of water) to fill you up. Try splitting meals with your husband to save calories and money. If he's a big eater he can order something additional. Those are just some of the tactics I use, although like most people sometimes I slip.

Sounds like fun to travel so much. We love camping but never seem to have enought time to do as much as we'd like. I just got back from a vacation in New Orleans, we had such a great time, it was hard to come back.

You certainly keep busy!! Online support is probably the best way to go with your schedule. That way it's there whenever you need it and no need to fret over missed meetings.

Good luck on today's weigh-in! Have fun in CA!
