You know once I start exercising regularly I get very depressed if I miss a workout. Sometimes I feel so bad that I go completely off track. I am trying to prevent that this time by having a more casual approach to exercise. I try to be more active in general and don't kill myself to get to the gym everyday. Works much better for me, although I still have to check myself mentally sometimes. Must have something to do with the hormones released from exercise, now I know why some people are addicted to exercise. Guess it's not the worst addiction you could have:)

I feel very badly when I don't work out but not so much for me but because I walk with a friend three times a week and I feel I am letting her down :( but she knows I have medical problems that keep me from doing it sometimes but I still feel guilty.. hehe

Keep up the great work hon.. you can do it!!

Carol
