I am just beginning and I'd like all the advice and support I can get about this program. i'd also like to hear what everyone else uses this forum for. Who has lost the most weight and how?

Hi and welcome. I am fairly new to this also, about 4 weeks. I use it mainly as support and a way to keep me on line. When I have to weigh in and in essence answer to someone I behave myself, otherwise its a free for all. I enjoy reading what everyone has to say. Main thing for me is to document what I eat. I travel a lot and that is where I have a lot of trouble. At home I do okay. Good luck.

Good for you for starting!!! We are all here for you to give you whatever support and advice you may need along the way. I use this forum as a way to stay focused. By being here to support others I also help myself. It's hard to get off track when you are accountable to others and when you check in everyday to give help and encouragement to those who need it. I've lost 21 pounds since I've started my weightloss efforts ( 6.5 since I've been on this forum). My plan includes calorie counting and staying in my daily range, daily exercise ( even if it's not much), and LOTS of water. I know you can do this!! Good luck and keep posting:)

Haven't quite lost any weight... not perminately... I get motivation... support.... and my questions answered here.... When I need a nudge these guys are here... when I need a hug they are here.... They are great.... I think you'll like it here :)
