Welcome Renee!!!! We are glad to have you here. Sometimes things can be slow and it's always nice to see new faces. Have you joined a challenge yet? Whether you want to join one or not we are still here for support, advice, encouragement, etc, whenever you need it. Many of us have been struggling with our weight for a long time also. Just because we have been battling for a long time doesn't mean we can't win. It just takes some resolve and a commitment to trade our old habits in for new healthier ones. Once we make that committment it is just a matter of time before the weight comes off. Good luck with everything and keep us posted.

Glad to see you here..... Smileing new faces are ALWAYS welcome.... Our challengers and friends are all very supportive and kind and generous with information and hugs when nessisary... :)

We are all very excited about challenge 5 and glad to see you and Betsy around in the forum... we have been kinda slow lately but I think with the increased popularity of the site its picking up nicely....

So it may be slow at times but stick with us... whatever you need that is why we are here.... Good Luck...
