i want to lear hot to windmill!!!!!!
i just dont know how to start the windmill sometimes i started by doing a back spin and doing a turn cable
by i cant keep on going i just do like 1 but in the next one i fell in my stoamach i do use my left hand in my stomach and my free hand but i just cant do it: look i do 1 mill but inthe next one when im going to the 2nd one
i dropp in my stomach i just cant roll and i really need some help can someone help this Vato.
