Hey i love girls who break. I think it is hot, first off, but next, I think it is easiest to learn moves when you are in prime condition. most people wont tell you this but you need to have extremely flexible legs and lower torso. ABS ABS ABS. After breakin for a while you'll get em really in shape. After you feel like yer there or if you already are then try getting a good breaking beat and just start moving... toprock to 6-step, to leg swipe, anything you want. When I first started all i did was flip around and flail my body here and there, but then like i got pretty good at it so i started watching vids and looking at tutorials and now im really good at it. mostly it just takes practice and condtioning... any specific questions?
