same here, i need strength in my arms n i can't hold my self up in handstands or simple things. My left is weaker than my right. So need to lift weights. if ur still a teen (lyk me) use cans, shopping bags full of shopping...um...ppl say pushups but u have 2 be careful, cuz i'm not that strong in my arms when itry pushups i get a searing pain accross my chest.

U need to have god abs as well...u can do crunches, situps, half situps, i can name more but those are some.

Ur quads n triceps need to be in shape a well...not forgetting ur back.

Look around the net. I've been searching for different exercises n strecthes for about 6mths now, and u need 2 have a healthy lifestyle as well.
