This isn't about Duchov at all, but since we're talking about it here, I'll post it here. I read an interview with GA that was in a UK newspaper on 10/13/2002, and in it they say:

And, though there is known to have been friction with her co-star David Duchovny, they live near each other in Malibu, and near Chris Carter, creator of The X Files. They'll make X Files films together: "Maybe one every five years or something."

So she's not opposed.
